Standard shipping is FREE for every order of $50 oe more. For orders under $50, shipping cost depends on shipping weight.

Currently we ship to cutomers with a U.S. mailing address (no P.O boxed) in the lower 48 states (D.C. included). If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or another county, we hope to be able to serve you in the future.
Tax Policy :
Based on current state sales tax laws, any orders shipped to CT, IL, NJ, NV, NY, or WA will have all applicable local and state sales taxed added to your total order and to your shipping charges where appropriate. At this time orders shipped to states other than CT, IL, NJ, NV, NT, or WA will not be charged sales tax.
Return Policy :
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any unopened, unused item shipped by BEST PARTNERS INC. for a full credit or refund within 45 days or receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or falls under our 100% color guarantee, we will provide free return shipping. If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee which we paid and restock handling fee which is 20% of goods price you paid will apply.
Once you return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an email confirmation will be sent.
